We’re all multidimensional beings with unique experiences and emotions. The world we design and habitat should reflect that.

Our mission is to advance an ethos of inclusion, equity and justice through design.

our process

01

explorE

Every project begins with an in-depth strategy kickoff meeting to learn specific details about your brand. This is our chance to dig deep and immerse ourselves in your goals, challenges, competition, audience and more. Context is everything!

02

listen

After digesting everything, we have an open dialogue about the project needs. We ask targeted questions and listen to your thoughts, desires and concerns. We may be the creative experts, but nobody knows your brand better than you.

03

decipher

This is where the magic happens. We take all of the insights we’ve gained and create impactful, curated design solutions. This step is very iterative and always includes reflective conversations and multiple rounds of refinement on our end to ensure a transformational final product.

About the founder

Erin began her career in 2014 at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts where she designed marketing materials that led to record-breaking ticket sales and national design awards for the in-house creative team. Since then, her professional background has stretched across many fields such as branding, digital strategy, UX/UI, marketing and political consulting. She operates at the intersection of design, culture and tech to develop innovative solutions. As the previous Design Director for Impactual, a social impact consulting firm, this came into particular focus during her work on the 2020 initiative @PowerThePolls. She galvanized digital attention in ways that resonated with broad audiences (including celebrities and political figures) and the initiative ultimately recruited over 700,000 new poll workers for the 2020 election.

As a Korean American adopted woman, she’s passionate about uplifting atypical narratives and takes pride in helping others inspire movements, share untold stories and build equity. When not consumed by pixels and grids, she can be found outside walking her dog Indy, perusing local thrift shops, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm with eco-friendly ingredients.
